IPv4 & IPv6
IPv4 and IPv6 are Internet addresses that servers need in order to be accessible on the Internet. IPv4 is the older version with limited addresses such as 192.168.1.1. IPv6 is newer and offers many more addresses such as 2001:db8::1. Both addresses are always included with every server so that it can be reached anywhere on the internet.
