The server features an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D — one of AMDs most powerful gaming CPUs, optimized with a large 3D V-Cache for exceptionally smooth and stable gaming experiences. The CPU is the “brain” of the server: more cores allow multiple tasks or game instances to be processed simultaneously without slowing down the server.

The built-in DDR5-3600 ECC RAM offers a 6% faster response time compared to the Gaming Root Server V1. It temporarily stores data and automatically detects and corrects errors to ensure system stability and increase performance. This ensures even smoother gaming and more stable server operation. More RAM also means that the server can handle more tasks simultaneously.

The server uses Samsung NVMe SSD 9100 PRO in Raid 1. This means that all data is mirrored and remains intact even if one drive fails. Compared to the Gaming Root Server V1, the storage is now 95% faster, resulting in even shorter loading times and more responsive performance. In addition, we back up each server daily on an external server, regardless of the backup slots.

Traffic is the data that a server receives and sends. This amount of data is limited per month.

IPv4 and IPv6 are Internet addresses that servers need in order to be accessible on the Internet. IPv4 is the older version with limited addresses such as 192.168.1.1. IPv6 is newer and offers many more addresses such as 2001:db8::1. Both addresses are always included with every server so that your server can be accessed anywhere on the Internet.

Our protection stops DDoS attacks in a flash with 3.2 Tbit/s capacity, ensuring your servers stay online at all times. Attacks are detected and filtered within seconds – fast, secure, and without delay.

The server is located in Frankfurt am Main.

LACP connects several network lines to form a stronger, more stable connection. This increases the speed and makes the network more reliable, as if one line fails, the others continue to function.
